Looking around for precedents on how much to offer I realized one obvious thing, OUR SALARIES ARE ALL FUCKED UP
So looking at people criminally underpaid (Al Horford $3 Mil, Pau Gasol $2.25 Mil, Tyson Chandler $2.25Mil, Dwight Fucking Howard at $6 Mil) and people way over paid (Nene $9 Mil, Amare Stoudemire $13 Mil, Troy Murphy at $6 Mil) I went with one who produces slightly better stats, but about the same age in Andrew Bynum who get's $5 Mil. I will raise bit as Bynum's resign will probably go up to $6-$7 Mil.
SO I offer Roy Hibbert
$5.5 Mil for 4 years = $5,500,000 (2016)

Comparisons here are really tough because of our initial free agency that we only had 3 or 4 people active for. That said I think this needs to come up 500k or maybe even a million more.

Get it to about $6.5 and it'd be a yes from me.

May want to wait and see if the first offer gets denied before making a new one...
