omg i wish i knew how to quote but this came from my favorite mod..... fish who knows about as much about basketball as a dead trout.....
trade not approved thats ridiculous shelden was a top 10 pick in 06
he was also a top 10 bust!!! plus they have Horton now and he will not see much playing time i guarentee it. here are his career numbers since you can't seem to log onto NBA.com and check em yourself before opening your mouth and removing all doubt that you are a moron.
SEASON AVERAGES Season Team G GS MPG FG% 3p% FT% OFF DEF RPG APG SPG BPG TO PF PPG 06-07 ATL 81 31 18.7 0.455 0.500 0.764 1.6 3.8 5.4 0.5 0.6 0.5 1.19 2.50 5.5
he played behind Marvin Williams and Zaza Pachulia!!! this guy might be a starter in the NBDL but not in the NBA. like someone already said had he of not gone to Duke he probably would have been a late first or 2nd round pick at best. come on man again i say to you THINK THINK THINK BEFORE YOU TYPE!!

Obsidian you're crazy!!! Shelden was a top 10 pick and that is ridiculous. We need some fair trades, like former #1 Kwame Brown for this years #1 pick. Yeah.

"Marvin might no even be starting with Horford n Acie on the way"
please fish explain to me how either of these guys (Center and Point Guard) effect the Power Forward position? this is one of those times when you think before you post.

15 Al Horford F-C 6-10 245 06/03/1986 Florida R

did i miss something or did Phoenix just give up barbosa and get Josh Howard? i'm not one to nit-pick but that seems like a stretch. that is why i love our mods though cuz they are usually always right!! but seriously does anyone else think that was a little bit of a stretch?

Its a little bit of a stretch but not too bad. Barabosa scores like 17 a game i think. i dunno.

I want in on the second round. I'll take a pick for cash considerations. Let's work something out, I have over 40 million in cap space.

Youre right Obsidian in a sense... I believe i got the worst of that full trade all around. I really feel that its not so bad because i received the players who complimented my team the best. Its true that Howard is better than Barbosa.
But.... I don't feel that he is so much better than some people may think. I actually feel that Barbosa is underrated in terms of fantasy value. I may be wrong but I really wanted that guy. I asked Phoenix about a trade for Barbosa ... each and every time he rejected. So... this trade was the only way i could get him even though i may have overpaid.
Anyway..... like i said... to each his own. I hate vetoing trades unless they are so crazy one-sided. The reason being ...... who's to say why a certain manager wants or doesnt want certain players.... especially since this is a dynasty/cap league. I learned that reading up from fantasy experts/analysts.
Anyway... you are right that i got the short end of the stick in that deal but it was for my preference.
